Senators Beach and Hardesty moved to amend the bill on page two, section eighteen-d, line eight, by striking out the words “by a federal agency”;

On page five, section four, line twenty-eight, after the word “state” by striking out the words “or federal”;

On page six, section four, lines thirty-three through forty-three, by striking out all of paragraph (B);

And by relettering the remaining paragraph;

And,

On page six, section four, line fifty-three, after the word “state,” by striking out the words “and federal agencies, federally or”.
